Winter rates and all off season rates do not include Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holiday periods. Please see rate chart for these dates.
$300-500.00 refundable security deposit may apply.
Housekeeper will stop by during stay to make sure everything is OK.
Owners must be notified upon request for booking if any additional guests will be coming to home to visit even if they are not sleeping over. Security deposit will not be refunded if this is not disclosed and fees will apply to credit card that was used for booking.
Guests are 100% responsible for any damages. the credit card used for booking will be charged.
There is an additional charge per night per guest over 6 guests of $25.00
Any items, decorations or furniture inside or out that is moved, must be returned to its original place to avoid fees.
A pet fee will apply. If a pet is brought to the property without paying the pet fee and notifying owners, the full security deposit will be forfeited and fees charged to credit card on file for any cleaning or damage.
.All garbages need to be emptied including outside by the fire pit. $25 fee will apply if garbages not emptied.
All holidays require a 3 night minimum.
If all payments are not paid by the 15 day before arrival deadline, traveler risks having their reservation cancelled and no refund will be available for any payments made.
Maximum of 6 persons. (Forfeiture of deposit if more than 6 persons on any night) The per person charge of $25 per night for requested guests over 6, will be deducted from deposit.
